Introduction to Split Electromagnetic Calorimeter:
SKLD electromagnetic calorimeter is a measuring instrument that measures the heat released by a heat transfer fluid in a thermal conversion system. The electromagnetic flowmeter with high accuracy and reliability was used for flow measurement, and the platinum thermistor with high accuracy and stability was used for temperature measurement, making the thermal energy meter have excellent measurement performance. It can be widely used for the measurement of heat in residential areas, office buildings, and centralized heating, heating, and air conditioning in enterprises and institutions.
Characteristics of split type electromagnetic calorimeter:
·Using a 16 bit microcontroller for data calculation, platinum thermistor for temperature measurement, and electromagnetic flowmeter for flow measurement, the measurement accuracy is high, the application is stable and reliable, and the performance is excellent.
·The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in parameters such as viscosity, density, pressure, conductivity, and fluid distribution of the heat carrying fluid.
·The measuring tube has no resistance components, no pressure loss, and is not affected by poor water quality.
·The measurement flow range is wide, and the flow velocity can be set arbitrarily within the range of 1m/s to 10m/s.
·The large screen LCD backlight provides a fully Chinese display mode, allowing for clear readings in both strong and low light conditions.
·It has the function of simultaneously displaying accumulated heat, accumulated flow rate, instantaneous heat, instantaneous flow rate, inlet temperature, outlet temperature, temperature difference and other data, and can query and display parameters such as flow rate and power outage records.
·Adopting the enthalpy correction method with random temperature changes to ensure accurate measurement at different water temperatures.
·It has a unified DC signal and frequency signal output function, and this function can switch between heat and flow parameters.
·It has batch processing (quantitative output), equivalent pulse output, and key controlled direct reset function.
·Equipped with RS-485 (RS-232, M-BUS, and HART optional) digital communication output for convenient remote communication.

Split type electromagnetic calorimeter flow parameters
1. Instrument working mode
There are three working modes for electromagnetic flow meters and heat meters: heat meter working mode, cold meter working mode, and cold meter working mode
Hot meter mode.
Heat meter mode: Only calculates heat, which is the default mode of the instrument. 'H' represents heat
Cold meter mode: only calculates the cooling capacity. 'R' represents cooling capacity
Cold and hot meter modes: Both cold and hot meters are calculated and displayed separately.
2. Measure the diameter of the pipeline
The diameter range of the sensor for the electromagnetic flowmeter and heat meter is 10-2000 millimeters.
